Over the past few weekends I have been working on Looney Tunes an 18 foot skiff with my friends Mike and Tom. This boat is a bit of a legend in the high performance sailing world. Julian Bethwaite, designer of the 49er Skiff (mens Olympic sailboat), built this boat in the early 1990’s, far ahead most boats in its time.
Much boat work culminated in a short weekend of sailing before storing the boat for the winter.
